In terms of campaigning, it’s a popularity contest. be nice to people, make lots of friends, and be honest when making a speech. Be yourself, and you’ll draw people to yourself naturally. Either one is a kind of position that gives you glory(popularity), but that’s not the objective. Either position is a big one, because you’re serving the rest of your class/school!
