do you mean should everyone go to a vo-tec or something like that??? if so no…no different than not everyone should go to collage
but I also think that learning to work well in a group, think creativly, organize, speaking in front of large crowds, and i good old fashion thing of knowing “its not all about me” are all good “skills” to have
