school studying habits?

You are right that you usually need a quiet place to study. No TV, no music, no conversations. A library usually fills the bill, and the added bonus is that you have all sorts of reference books, computer access, and often helpful reference librarians.
If this or another answer here proves helpful in your research, you can encourage good answers by choosing one answer as the “best answer.”

Do the following…
– If there is Too mach noise in the house, Go to a library (make sure the librarians are strict there!)
– Make sure you take notes in class, it would be mach better if you took cornell notes (If you don’t know what or how cornell notes are, click here http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=res&cd=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.clt.cornell.edu%2Fcampus%2Flearn%2FLSC%2520Resources%2Fcornellsystem.pdf&ei=NxD3RrPmLo-QgAPsrs26BA&usg=AFQjCNGfF8zUIWODVgFfMOb-jYOmLSuuNw&sig2=GE8NdR2aL6UHlt0PvNhpkQ)
– Go over the notes before you do your homework, if you can, call a friend and check your work with him/her.
– It is the best if you do your study in a group, what way you can make sure you are doing the right thing, plus you can help each other out!!!
P.S. Also make sure you don’t play VG’s and go on line right after school, it kind of erases you memory in a way!!!
If you do so your grades should boost up.
Hopefully i have been Helpful! =D
