As for “EFL”, as far as I know, “EFL” stands for “English as a FIRST Language”. This means that you speak English as your native language. You’d be looking at “ESL” – English as a Second Language. It would be best to, as above, learn from the classroom.
For children, I suggest educational programs in English. Children are great in that when it comes to languages, the younger they are, the more they pick up. I’d suggest surrounding your child (especially if an infant) with things from a multitude of languages – English, Japanese, Iranian/Arabic, Spanish, etc. That way they stand a better chance of picking up different languages at an earlier age.
