Is it fair?
I need help..well,to begin with..I am a leader of a group project for a certain subject called Research..The grade for Research consisted of 50% oral presentation or defending of the thesis and 50% of the thesis in hard copy..The thing is I was the one who entirely defended the thesis, because I did mostly the talking and I was the only one who spent sleepless nights just to finish the thesis..Actually I was the only one who really did the thesis paper from scratch until it was finished..due to stress and pressure, I got sick..and then instead of resting the next day, I spent it making the product..just so we could continue with the experimentation..But then how come my group mate got a higher grade than me? Is it really fair that I get to have a lower grade..It really pained me that I got a lower grade than my team member..in the subject of Research, the team leader gets to have higher grades..but in my case, it’s not..should I complain to my teacher? Pls. tell me what to do..

You should definitely talk to the teacher. Don’t be emotional, just be matter-of-fact and ask him/her to explain the grading process to you. Explain the work that you did compared to your groupmates, and ask her to re-evaluate your grade. Good luck!

I would go speak with your teacher and tell her how much of your project you actually performed (apparently single-handedly). And while you’re at it, you might want to ask yourself why you allowed your team members to manipulate you into doing all the work. But that’s for later.

Discuss it with your teacher.
