I’m taking French this year at school. How can I improve myself except for the school?

Are there some useful internet sources that I can listen to the words and dialogues??

Read a lot of books and try to be in contact with the spoken language as well…like listening to French music (you can buy CDs or look for videos on You Tube and lyrics on the internet for ex.)

These sites are also good:

Bon courage!

I used to listen to French radio; especially the kids stations. It really helps you pick up the right accent and build your vocabulary.

i am sure there are i know there are for spanish. Just ask you teacher how you can do this. You can also ask your teacher to say the words that you need to know on a tape recorder so you can improve. He.SHe would love to help you out to succeed in his/her class. GOOD LUCK

actually what really helped me was a french-english dictionary that has all the pronounciations in it.
