hey i totally know what ur goin through! ive NEVER been in one school for more than one grade! pretty pathetic, huh? and no, its not cuz i get expelled, i just move ALOT.

my advice is: join in some clubs that interest you, start conversations, try new things, and play sports! also when you first move, give yourself some time to find the right group of friends. i know from experience that if you rush into the first group of friends that come along, you might experience some problems. so ease into things, and most importantly, even if youre scared to death, try to act confident but not too cocky, no-one likes a new kid who thinks theyre all that!!!

good luck youll do fine!

Hey, I feel for you. Going to a completely new school where you know no one IS hard, but not if you do something about it. Of course, you’ll make friends, everyone does. If your shy, try just sticking with your cousin for a couple of days. After that, try making friends with some of the kids that sit around you in your classes. After you’ve made a few acquaintances, you can get closer to them as you go along and make some great friends. Hope this helps, good luck!

Don’t worry about it. Go in there with confidence, an open mind, and maybe a few catchy comebacks or jokes. Even think of something to talk about. Trust me. High school is a big place. You won’t be the only one. Just don’t be rude and don’t let people run over you. Insert your opinion and don’t be afraid to talk. ~Good Luck~

This is an opportunity to make new friends. If you are interested in others and ask them about themselves, they will open up to you and you will discover things you have in common. If there is something you really enjoy (music, math, science), chances are good that you will find good friends who enjoy the same. Just be yourself, relax, and you will do fine.

Best wishes.

You will be fine. I have seen many students assimilate well as soon as they arrive. Just follow a couple of rules: don’t talk badly about anyone, smile, and don’t be afraid to talk to people.

Good luck!

I go around and talk, talk, talk. Dont be afraid to come up to someone you want to be friends with. If you heard someone was talking about what you are interested in, join in and talk. In fact, join as many clubs as you can. Dont worry, you will make friends.
