Okay, I am not being mean, I am just helping you out. That outfit makes it look like your trying too hard, try something like a short denim skirt from Abercrombie and a cute top with an adorable little jacket. And dont be nervous because high school is only gonna be new for a couple of days and people are probably excited to see you! Good luck in high school!
