You should eat breakfast and sleep earlier. Try brining a small healthy snack to school so you can eat it during the passing break or during a class that lets you eat. Also try exercising if you don’t already. You will be surprised how much exercising benefits people. It even prevents depression and insomnia!
Try resting too. Like after school get a snack and lie or sit down.
And if the major headache continues after school you have to see a doctor! It can be anything.
It very well could be the types of foods you eat. Are you getting enough rest? And by enough, I mean 8 – 9 hours every night. Are you going to bed and waking up at the same time every day? Are you eating breakfast? Are you eating lunch?
Try these things. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every night and e very morning. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Eat a healthy breakfast; cereal, fruit, bagel, etc. Eat a healthy lunch; sandwich, fruits, veggies, juice, dairy, etc.
Are you able to see OK? Poor vision, or depleting vision, can cause headaches. If you are having even the slightest trouble reading things close up or far away, ask your parents to take you to the eye doctor.
If none of these things are the problem, go see your doctor. There are actually many serious problems that begin as headaches. At least, your doctor will be able to suggest temporary or long-term fixes, and hopefully evaluate your lifestyle to see what the REAL problem is. The headaches aren’t the true problem. They are just the result of something else.
Your tired from straining your eyes trying to read things.
Have you had your eyes checked?
maybe it’s just me getting used to the work load and the crappy school i get to go to but, anyways, you’re very lucky you’re in junior year – only one more year to go and you’re free!
