How do I try to get a rifle team started in my high school?

Do you mean a drill team that does routines with fake rifles? If so talk to whoever runs the marching band. If you mean a shooting club, you need to find an overly enthusiastic dad that hunts and loves his gun to be a sort of coach. Ask your counseling office how to start a club.

Well if its marching you mean, then join a jrotc program if your school has one. If its shooting then ask whoever is in charge of clubs. Its usually one of the administration people. Just ask around in your school
