I used to be very shy myself but one day I met my best friend, a very outgoing person. She talked to me over an over, and I eventually opened up. Now, I’m not too shy anymore and I know I have her to thank for that. So maybe you’ll find someone that brings out the talkative and charismatic side of you. :]

I’m sure high school will be fun.

Making friends in high school is easier than you think, too! Just join clubs that you feel you’ll enjoy and you’ll meet friends there… and it helps to go try out for teams, too… I’ve been on the swim team as long as I can remember and most of my friends are on the team…

Like I said earlier… you don’t need to stop being shy… it’s a personallity…. if we all had the same personality, where would this world be today?

now comes a list of advices:

1) the first day everyone wont be knowing anyone, all of you people will be starngers to each other, so if u find someone sitting alone, go n talk with him/her like ” hey , how r u ?? ” n it goes on , u hav alot of things to talk about , but u should talk about somethign in common which is basically talking about courses and the university so that u two dun get bored.

2) if someone from ur school is joining the same university , y dun u both go n start knwoing more people together.

3) you should be very polite with people and do nto show that u r shy ,, if they didnt like u , fine , not everyone will like u , leave them n go knw other ppl.

4) go n visit theuniversity one day before so that u dun get completely lost in ur frts day.

but i am also really shy and have a hard time making friends too

but when your there u will just have to break open your shell and say to the most ppl and maybe sooner or later u will have best friends and a bf.. u never no!

just try and follow everyone, be friendly and just take a chance of a life time
