HELP MY FRIEND PLEASe! dads education?
I have a friend, and her dad is a single parent without a high school diploma! She stays with her grandma because her dad is always working out of town as a surveyor! He really wants to get his high school diploma or ged! HOw can he do this if he must work and there are no other jobs in town-they all require a GED!!! Are there any grants or programss that can help them?!

There are GED books at the library .Some adult learning centers ,churches and high schools offer free GED classes and books and state grants sponsor these classes.It is up to him to call around and ask if these programs are available where he lives.These programs have a limited budget so they don’t advertise much to the general public so it hard to find out where they offer them.If he thinks he can pass the test all he needs to do is pay the fee to take the examination.You don’t need to take classes you can just study from the books.
