think of this as an oppotunity to meet new people and branch out, you are not the only one, i have gone through the whole 5 years of my high school life only being in chemistry in year 8 with my best friend, so i made new friends, and this was great. just remember not to leave your older friends, when you were younger and you never spoke to him/her, that was probably because you were confined to one classroom all day except for your break, so rarely got chance to speak. now you can. spend time together on a weekend, after school, at break-times and lunch-times and if you have classes close together ever then walk together. you could also introduce your new friends to your best friends and then you’re not leaving anyone out.

Write a note about your concerns. Sign it and put your schedule in there. Bring the note to the main office secretary and tell her you need an answer immediately. If you don’t get an answer by the end of the day, go and ask the secretary if the principal got the note and find out what his answer was. If he wants to talk to you, which he will, you already said most of what you had to in the note.

Its just one class, don’t sweat it. Just don’t sit near the bully, the teacher will take care of the clowns, your old friend is at least someone you can talk to, adn you can make better friends with the kids who aren’t your BEST friends. One class isn’t such a bad thing. I don’t have all m classes with ll of my BEST friends.
