when i was a frosh i cared soo much at the beginning of the year that i woke up at 5 am just to make sure my hair and makeup were perfect but about 1/2 into the year i began to care less and less because honestly high school isnt like the movies… most people i know get up around 7 and just toss the hair in a ponytail. im a junior now so take it from me. go for the less is more look. youll look more relaxed, youll get more sleep and people will approach you more because you will look approachable. just have fun, ive seen soo many freshman girls overdo the whole makeup thing.
