For starters, go to bed sooner and make sure you are eating right. Good nutrition is always a good idea and will help you feel perky in the long run. Exercise will also help you sleep better at night, more of a deep sleep where you will feel rested in the morning. Also drinking the right amount of water a day is also a good idea. It keeps the blood thinner and in return your heart doesn’t have to work so hard to pump the blood through your system, therefore, making you less tired. Sometimes when a person is tired they are just dehydrated. Don’t skip school or be late. You miss out on a lot. Your teachers love to see you there. Good luck and go to bed (-:!!!!

no skipping school, sacrifice your laziness and when summer comes you can sleep in bed all day you want. tiredness is what all people have everyday not just you. im tired too, when i wake up in the morning at 6:00 just to prepare for school at 7:10.

Just go to school, and then sleep in the really boring classes (and make sure it’s a class where you can get away with it!)
I usually sleep in 4th period music or in 3rd period Lang. Arts, or during homeroom.
