Does anyone know the meaning behind Amiri Baraka’s “Somebody Blew Up America?”?

Well, I have this project for English, and I’m having trouble understanding this poem.

Apparently it’s about Baraka’s Anti-Semetism, but if you read it, he clearly states the Jews as victims.

“Who killed the most Jews”

“Who put the Jews in ovens,/and who helped them do it”

It seems to point towards white people, but I dunno… maybe the government?

It is a statement made on the witness stand, when the prosecuting attorney asks, rather sarcastically, “Do you mean to claim you had sex while driving, and THAT is what caused the accident? Please explain to the members of the jury, how can you have sex while driving?” (response) “I was blown of course.” *all the jurors titter at the naivete’ of the poor prosecuting attorney…..*
