Let’s see, my freshman year I did tests to see how germy everyday things were. It’s really pretty simple. You just take swabs of things and rub the swab on some nutrient agar and wait for the germs to grow. Another good idea would be to test the effectiveness of hand sanitizers. It’s basically the same way as the one I mentioned above, except before you incubate them, but a small disc that is covered in hand sanitizer right on top of where you swabbed the agar. If the hand sanitizer works there should be halos around the discs. For more information just ask your science teacher, they can help you. Good Luck!!!
