Classes in High School???!?
Favorite Answer
When I was in school, I took one “regular” class each year just to give myself a break from the terminal braniacs. Everyone thought I was crazy to waste the credits, but it’s funny, I learned more “life” skills from those classes (typing, cooking, family living, general science, etc.) than I did from the college prep courses. It didn’t really hold me back although I did take the scenic route through college (I would have done that anyway).
As far as your friends go, you will probably have two sets of friends and that’s ok, that’s what high school is for.
First off, I recommend trying to find someone that has one or some classes with you….just a people that you know from middle school. Knowing that you’ll see a familiar face in your class will definitely make you feel better.
Second off, don’t stress about not seeing your friends in classes. You can still see them at lunch, and maybe in the halls. Try to make your friends join the same clubs and activites as you. Then, you’ll defeintly see them a lot.
Also, don’t be afraid of the Upperclassmen. Most of them are fine. Just stay away from the ones that you know for a fact that are rude. Most Upperclassmen want to get to know you and become your friend…..but, they might tease you time from time by calling you Freshmeat. =]
Good Luck!
you may met your friend outside if school.Even though they don’t attend the same class as you do,you can still see them. After a while, you may get use to alot of homework. And finding will be a smaller matter to you. Good Luck.
