Can a school get sued for this?

1. I was playing footie when i tackled another kid. We tripped over each other and i cut my leg twice and he really badly bashed his stomach. Everyone starts to laugh. Finally two of my friends go to get the teacher. When he arrives he can quite clearly se my leg and that its getting really dirty, BUT HE CHOOSES TO LAUGH! So, i know im in the wrong saying this but i asked him

“What the Fu*k is you problem!”

I refused to aplogigise unless he gave me and the other kid medical and said sorry for laughing. He did neither. So i got suspended but i refused to let this drop because he did not do his job propely instead of

“can i help you two, do you need medical?”

it was

“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH”
