Any tips on getting organized for a new school year?
Also, I have one of those agendas the school gave me- do you find it more helpful to put assignments that are due below the due date or below the date assigned?
Thanks.

Here are some useful tips for me, they just might work for you.
1.Clean out your backpack twice to three times a week.
2.Get an organizer. A pocket with 7 to 13 tabs. It really helps you organize your papers.
3.Get to know your teachers. If you ever have a problem with a test or need some help this will come in handy.
4.Get a two pocket folder for every class. That way you will never lose your papers.
5.Get a pencil case so you will never run out of pencils or pens.
6.Get color coded binders, book covers, folders, etc. A different color for each class so you won’t accidentally grab the wrong book out of your locker.
7.Take neat notes. You have to be able to read your own writing.
8. Try to come to class every day. There are few exceptions. For instance if a relative has passed away or if you are simply too sick to go to school. If you have a minor cold I think you can manage.
9. Get at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night.
10. Keep yourself clean. Wear deodorant, shower regularly, and brush your teeth twice a day.
WARNING!: Don’t get too organized. This may result in too many binders or folders, which means no more room.
