Your body will say what your mouth is not safe enough to say. Sometimes tummy aches are not signs of sickness, but a way your body says, I’m overwhelmed, scared, or frustrated. Listen carefully to your inner voice and talk to a trusted grown-up to help you get help. Remember to use kind words to help others understand and help you.
Adults get bossy as a way to keep you safe. Listen to them do what they say, then ask questions. Asking questions first causes problems.
Take a deep breath, then say OK. Sometimes trying new things is cool.
