What will I need to major in to become an investment banker?

You will need to get into B school after a few years of working. I would say that NYU or Clemson would give you the best shots. The other 2 are just considered party schools. No idea what the person above is talking about FSU being the top business school. It is not even in the top 100 from the rankings I have seen.
I would pick NYU if you can afford it and can get in since it will be near to a ton of major financial companies. You can get your foot in the door with one of those companies doing a part time job or an internship or co-op.
FSU, UF and Clemson are all about equal on their quality of education. None of them are close to any investment banking centers. Clemson would be the one that is closest to a major city. It is about 100 miles away from Atlanta. And Clemson is in a beautiful area. UF is in Gainesville, FL and it is a very small city with no investment banking opportunities there unless you want to work for JimBob and Jethro. FSU is in Tallahassee which is the capital of Florida about twice the size of Gainesville but still not a major city like Atlanta or New York.
