I really like Volleyball. Soccer and basketball will defiantly get your running like an animal and maintaining your weight. Plus, there easy to learn. Dance is really fun even though it might not be a sport it keeps your moving and you can express your self. It’s fun to hear your favorite toons playing and to dance along 2 to then. hope this helped 🙂

tennis! i love it. it was a little hard to learn at first but once you get the hang of it its so fun! i played for 4 years at my high school. I made varsity my sophomore year. i didnt start playing tennis my freshman year until the last few months before school ended. i completely regret not trying out at the beginning of my senior year. i also won all league two years in a row. you get to meet a lot of people and the game is more about what you can do. you dont have to worry about someone else making a mistake if you play singles. i played doubles though. i like having a partner because you create a special bond. you can almost read what your partner is going to do next. whatever sport you pick have fun! its nice to see younger kids being active. i should be too, lol.

Whatever sports are of interest to you. The most sports offered in high school to girls are track, soccer, softball and my favorite, volleyball. Soccer and track would offer the best for fitness/stamina because of all the running involved.

Anything you want. The most important thing if you want to stick to a sport is to make sure it’s something you think is fun, and not just doing a sport because you feel like you should.

Try considering sports beyond what your school offers. I like rock-climbing, so I joined a rock-climbing club at my local rock-climbing gym.

Soccer, Volley ball, baseball or whatever interests you the most. A team sport will probably motivate you to keep at it.
