what’s the difference between “can do nothing” and “can’t do anything”?
or is it the same?

Actually this is more subtle. The two can be identical. “I can do nothing about it” and “I can’t do anything about it” mean the same thing. But, you could declare that one course of action open to you is to do nothing “I can do nothing”. That is very different from confessing your inability to act or influence events by action: “I can’t do anything”.

Correct use of grammer. There is nothing I can do about that. I can’t do anything for you. Words are the same but the order is wrong.

They bascially mean the same thing, but “can do nothing” sounds like poor english.
