What is this? It is bothering me & a friend???
The rope that is thrown to tie someones legs up. It has two ball like things at the end so it is wieghted that when it is thrown at someone running it wraps around their legs to stop them?????

It’s called a bolo. It’s from South America and used for roping cattle not people.
