From what I was told by my college when I asked the same question was that Administration is the general business degree as to how a business works and what you must do to keep it running and Management has more concentration on dealing with employees and actually managing a business. If you have a management degree you will have the Administration part first then you will begin the concentration in Management. My diploma states I have a Business Administration degree while I have a concentration in Management. My diploma does not state management anywhere on it and I called the university about it and they said that they only put the General Business part on the diplomas.

maybe you should try a GED first.
