what is the absolute quickest amount of time it takes to get an “online bachelors degree?”?
considering you take a reasonable amount of credits per semester.
Furthermore, what is the best school to do this through thats not way too expensive?
and can you get financial aid or scholarships with this?

A BA from a regionally accredited school (that is a key concept, as the regional accrediting agencies are the ones that accredit real colleges) is generally standardized at 120 semester hours, or the equivalent. There are many non-accredited schools, and many many of these are on line. So count on taking that many hours – or about 40 classes.
On-line programs through regular colleges (state schools and community colleges) will cost the same as going to campus, and through for-profit colleges will cost a lot more.
Financial aid and scholarships are typically available if you go to an accredited college.
Education has become a regulated commodity – and there are no legal cheap and easy substitutes, no discount stores, and no sales. Sorry.
