honestly, because of the declining knowledge of our populace, the standards are going down, i could sleep through my entire biology class for two weeks straight and be able to take the test and get at least a 75, because the low standards causes the test too be far too easy.

They do the best with what they have and the teachers mean well, but overall, it’s a system structured along the Prussian model to teach you NOT to think. First, they regiment you by age groups(my dad doesn’t work with solely 41-year-olds), they teach you to move and get accustomed to a series of ringing bells(eat when you’re told, leave when you’re told,etc) they strip away your dignity(gang showers) and they teach you unnecessary thing that would kill you if boredom were even slightly harmful. Like math-calculus actually teaches you things about LIFE and states of existence, but all you get is useless stuff about quadratics and log tables. You’re right=budget can be tight.

Translation: it sucks.

i go to a public school and they are not cheat at all, and it’s very clean. There are a lot of rules but no one obeys most of the rules not even the teachers.. they follow the rules that make sense.
