What do I do or say?

Ok I think I left a school book at the Library thursday and I asked the librarian If she has it but she says that she has noy seen it at all! I seriously think I left it at the library but how do I find it here?

Does the library have a lost and found? See if someone put it there. Is the library you are referring to the school library or the public library? If it’s the school library, perhaps someone took the book to the main office and put it in the lost and found there? Is your name in the book? Depending on who found it, someone might return it to the department the book belongs to.
