the sum of a twodigit numeral is 11 if the digits were reversed the resulting number would be 45 greater than?

because 3 + 8 = 11

and 38 reversed is 83……….which is 45 greater than 38

Call the first digit a and the second b. Then figure:

a + b = 11

But the two digit number ba is 11 plus 45 which is 56.

So your first two digits a and b are 6 and 5.
