Teachers are human beings too. Wow, what was going on in that class?

I would say that teachers should be a little more professional than that. However, like I said teachers are human too; they’re also overworked and underpaid and get no respect.

So, though it’s unprofessional and probably should be reported if they do it repeatedly, I don’t think one occasion should be cause for firing.

As a teacher, there are many, many times I wish I could say such a thing, but didn’t do it. So, whatever the students were doing, I suggest they have more respect for the teacher as a human and maybe the teacher will be more respectful in the future.

As a teacher myself, today I was hit, and cussed at. I understand that it is very frustrating. However, as a teacher I would not put stuff like that online, it can be tracked back to you. As the stuff you can say, my only advice is to try to keep it professional, no matter what happens. We always get our buttons pushed, yet, these days we will get sued over anything. Almost 50% of our job now is covering our butts, including the district or who ever you work for. Everything is extremely frustrating, I do understand, yet, we cannot say things that could end up somehow backfiring us in court.

I think that teacher would be signing forced resignation papers. But who knows, times have changed a lot.
