Senior Project: Finding Boxing classes or training help?

I have looked in the phone book for boxing classes or training what ever you may call it (i can’t decide), and all i find is cardio kick boxing. I know they’re basically the same thing just one is more cardio than the other. only one health club has cardio kick boxing ( that i could find).

How do i find boxing classes in Evansville IN? What should i look under. should i just take cardio kick boxing instead? it there any big difference?

any advise pertaining to kick boxing, boxing, finding classes, or even senior project.

Its for my Senior project.

Cardio-kickboxing does not have any contact. It is simply to gain the full body workout (including kicking) without the bruising.

For boxing (no kicking), join the Evansville Boxing Club:

I can’t give any additional advice because you don’t mention what your goals are or what your senior project requires. Good luck.

It’s a good question. First of all, I would plan each meeting with the cat so that you have about 1 hour each day. That way you don’t overwhelm him/her, and you can stay consistent with your care. She or he will probably respond better to you this way, as well. In fact, I would probably play with her for at least 30 mins of that hour, and do the rest of her care with the other half an hour. That includes cleaning her litter, feeding her, and combing her. The photographs could be before and after shots. Make sure you take pictures of her before and after as well. Do take detailed notes about how well she or he responds to you, and try to accommodate him/her respectively.
