Welcome the the wonderful world of adolescence.

School sucks, well stick it out, because without an education, you will not realize your full potential. The difference between getting stuck in a dead end job, and enjoying your work is education. The difference between letting things happen to you, and making things happen is education.

Beating the depressing feeling. It is about recognizing that you have control of that feeling. Sure, no one likes to go to school, but no one likes to go to work either. But we do, because we recognize the benefits.

As to getting girls to like you. Remember this one piece of advice. Girls are human beings as well, there is nothing mysterious about them. If you have no problem talking to your guy friends, you should have no problem talking to girls. Just say hi to the one sitting next to you in class. Talk about the classwork, and stuff. You will find out that she is just like everyone else in that she has likes and dislikes, she feels happy and sad, and she is also bored in school, and sometimes wonders just what she is supposed to get out of it.

As to the good grades, it is as simple as paying attention from day one. Often, when people find a subject difficult, it is because they missed something earlier in the term, or in the previous term. If you are not 100% sure you understand a topic, ask the questions, and get the extra help. Someday you will look back on this experience and wonder why you thought it was so tough.
