don’t worry i was a fresh last year! and the summer was soo crazy i was nervous scared excited just like you are! its nothing! trust me! its not all its cracked up to be! i thought it was gunna be the best year of my life.. when in reality it was the exact same.. school is soo much harder.. it you are taking any advanced.. honors etc classes.. then be prepared.. take time to study everynight! that was my problem i didn’t know how to study cause in middle school i just got good grades it was a piece of cake then high school really hit me in the *** study study study and actually do your homework spend time on it.. and if you don’t get something go in for help.. trust me it will help you soo much! high school is the best place for making new friends because there are so manny new people. wear cute clothes.. before the school year stars go shopping you don’t have to spend a ton of money.. just buy cute clothes! be yourself! act confident because there is nothing hotter than someone who is confident! talk to a bunch of new people don’t be shy but don’t be too obnoxious! just yourself!!! good luck! tell me how it goes! =]] youll do great!

High School is one of the most memorable times in the lives of many people. You will be around thousands of people about your age who are just getting their lives started, so you will all have something in common. From your freshman year to your senior year, you will end up being in at least one class with a large part of your graduating class. Just pay attention in class, ask pertinent questions when you do not understand something, and like yourself. Create good impressions on people with your positive personality traits (everyone has at least some). O and don’t take any crap from the boys, especially the older ones. Remember you are after respect, and that must be earned. Have a blast!

For good grades, keep up the studying and show early on to the teachers that you’re really trying by asking good questions and pointing out things you noticed from homework,etc. They’ll see you as a hard worker and might let some points slide during hard exams/grading. For friends, act friendly and be a good sport to people around you. Offer some help to some people or ask for their help on homework/reviewing. If you find yourself in a hard spot, crack some good(non-offending) jokes to carry you over any rough patches. Oh and always keep in touch with them! That will ensure that they’ll stay close friends with you for the next three years.

Remember that everyone else is probably just as nervous as you. Be yourself, be a leader, not a follower. And remember, you have your whole life ahead of you. Take it slow and savor every minute of it! I’m sure everyone will love you!

start major assignments as soon as they are assigned and do a little bit each day (don’t leave it to the last two days)

Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not to get friends. You will eventually be found out and then you will be shunned even more.

BE yourself…People will like you for who you really are not who u want them to think you are. Getting good grades will take dedication, dicispline and hard work! Good Luck!

dont be scared. avpid the juniors and seniors cuz they are upperclassmen. sophmores are ok. oh and dont think ur better then any other grade cuz ur not. to be well liekd i have no advice. just find some old freidns or try to make new ones.

dont let anybody mess with you

make friends with older kids (they have cars)

dont get in the habit of not doing homework, cause then you wont ever get back in the habit of doing it

oh yea and get in a group as soon as possible, or start your own

to get good grades, work hard, thats all. dont try to be popular because you will waste your time and appear self-absorbed and ignorant. just focus on school

study and be yourself. honestly, its not that big of a deal.

just be nice to people, but not a mat for people to walk all over.

know your true friends but put school first
