reword for an easy 10 points!!?

Many countries are very bad offenders when it comes to greenhouse gas emissions especially the U.S.A. and the Russians. Due to this and many other climatic and diplomatic reasons, world summits are held everu five years. Rio in 1992, Kyoto is 1997 and most recently Johannesburg in 2002. In the Kyoto summit in 1997 an agreement was deceided upon, in this pact all the countries that attened agreed to reduce carbon emissions. Although theu had signed up to it the Americans could not ratify what they had agreed upon in kyoto because the senate did not pass it. By the times of the johannesburh summit in 2002, the americans were being vilified by the wold press as they were now trying to go back to the agreement they signed and trying to find loopholes. the U.S.A. and other nations are tryig to put forward the idea of convergence. This idea suggests that the developing world is allowed to increase their carbon emissions and the developed world reduces theirs.

can anyone change a few words?

Many countries emit large amounts of greenhouse gases with the United States and Russia being the largest offenders. World leaders hold summits every 5 years to discuss climate concerns over the impact of greenhouse gasses. The Rio summit 1992 made way for agreements to be reached in 1997 at the Kyoto meeting where all attending countries agreed to reduce carbon emissions. Although the United States had agreed to reduce emissions, implementation was stalled due to the senate not ratifying the agreement. By the Johannesburg summit of 2002 the world audience was already making vilifying statements about the Americans searching for loopholes in the Rio agreement. Currently the United States and other nations are working toward a revised plan to address greenhouse gasses. In the current strategy, developing nations would be allowed an increase in current carbon emissions while developed countries will implement plans that reduce theirs.

ok i spelled checked it adding wods , changed words and so forth.

u didnt mentioned anything about Rio. So there was really no point of having it . But if you do have info on Rio add it back in and make a paragraph explaining about Rio. then, if u make a closing paragraph , you would have your self a 5 paragraph essay ..

By the times of the Johannesburg summit in 2002, the Americans were being vilified by the world press as they were now trying to go back to the agreement that they all signed and tried to find loopholes. The U.S.A. and other nations tried their best to put forward the idea of convergence or coming closer. This idea stated that the developing world would be allowed to increase their carbon emissions and then the developed world would reduce theirs.

hope this helps.

one factor that Rhode Island college taught me improve into that a man or woman desires to love the area/place/city/college (undecided which one you’re fairly conversing approximately) that they are in, as a manner to be chuffed.
