Please help me with this conversation?
Man1:So we’ll start right here. We’ll have it doing this, just coming a little bit wide, helps you set up for this corner.
Man2:And I just do it, basically, almost as fast as I can stomach it?
They are talking about how to drive a stunt car.
What does he mean by “coming a little bit wide” mean?
“wide open” “to speed up”??

I think he is referring more to the position of the car on the road. Moving the car out into the other lane (taking it wide) helps set the car in the right position to take the corner as fast as possible.
