It takes a lot of work to get into Northside. It’s an amazing school though, all the classes are taken at the honors or AP level so it’s really challenging especially in the beginning. If your joining anything else like athletics, band, etc. then make sure that you can balance everything out so that you don’t fall behind. The teachers here are really great too so if you don’t understand a few things you can ask. There’s an entrance exam before they accept you and you have to do really well on it, so make sure your prepared, especially in areas of math which is the toughest. Not all students are accepted so you have to make sure that not only you do excellent on your entrance exam but have a great personality as well.
