Missed the college payment date?
I missed the due date to pay for my tuition and classes by one hour. They are telling me that I have chance of being dropped out. I’m supposed to check tomorrow to see if I’m still registered but at the moment, I am freaking out. Would this mean that I would have to wait till Spring 08 to go to my college?! Somebody please help im trying to attend University of Houston.

Yes, It could mean that you would have to wait until next semester. Colleges have deadlines that are very close to the start of school and then let people who are on waiting lists know if spots become available. One hour does seem to be cutting things very close for that, but now that everything is computerized it is very possible that they started notifying people electronically as soon as the deadline passed.

It relies upon on your college. At my college, they’re going to drop you out of your instructions. If yet another student takes your slot until now you pay, you will no longer get that distinctive type once you decide on it, or perhaps this semester.
