You should ask Yahoo answers and be sure to be as vague as possible. Don’t actually give the health insurer’s name because that would be too easy. Make everyone guess. Check the back of your insurance card. There should be a phone number listed there that you can call to make policy changes. If not call the employer that provides the insurance (assumming this is a group plan) and ask them for the number, they should have it.
