Is there any other better word to replace the word “healthy” in the sentence: I got a healthy bank account.

How do we write to mean that we have a enough money in our bank account to keep us going until we die.

I think that it would be more appropriate to say:

“I am financially independent.”

“We are financially secure.”

I don’t think you really should ever be starting a sentence with, “I got a…” as related to money. Unless you are going to end the sentence with, “big wad of cash.” It’s not the most professional way to put it.

Generally speaking, we don’t discuss our bank account balances with others.

If it is an important consideration, as when talking to a banker or financial advisor, then we say “My account has $xxxxx in it.” There’s no need to BS the people that need to know facts.

If we are talking generally or socially, the amount in our bank account isn’t polite conversation.

In those few cases where I need to explain, I simply write that “my retirement is adequately funded” or “I have sufficient cash assets for a comfortable retirement”

Try sufficient.

The way in which interest rates pay these days you should consider investing in a CD or a money market fund that is FDIC insured.

Why do you find the need to tell people about your bank account?

A. If you are writing something formal, try

1) solvent (as in: I believe my bank account is sufficiently solvent to meet any financial contingencies.) – my recommendation

OR

2) copious (as in: I own a rather copious bank account)

B. If you are writing a love letter or anything of an amorous nature, try

1) considerable (my considerable savings will help support/propel us for years to come)

2) adequate …

3) …

However, need more info to give you an optimal expression.
