is the college application different for students who came to the united states without legal documents?
for example, a student that came to the US at age 3 and has been studying at a california high school, is the process the same as US born students applying for colelges/universities? are they considered “international applicants”? thanx.

It is different for a citizen as opposed to a non citizen- and entirely different if the person is an illegal.
