In class don’t be afraid to participate and ask questions. We’re all so afraid of asking “dumb” questions, but if you word it correctly, or start with “i’m a little unclear” it breaks the stress of it. Other kids are thinking the same thing. Questions move the discussion and are really important.
Also do your homework every night. You think you can wait ’til the weekend – but why waste your weekend! Use it to recharge and getting to know your new friends.
Don’t be judgmental and you’ll find a cool variety of friends and acquintances that will make your experience that much fuller.
Have a great time.

don’t worry. It’s not much of a difference to Junior High. It might be a bit more stressing sometimes due to finals. The best advice that I can give you is don’t procrastinate. Actually, in High School you’ll get more freedom than in Junior High. It should be one of the most 4 funnest years in your life. Enjoy it while it last because once you reach college, you won’t have a chance to have fun like in high school.

Do you have friends to hang with? Just keep up with your classes and everything will go smooth. It’s actually fun. If you plan to go to college, plan on preparing yourself in HS. Work and study hard in HS. I wasn’t ready for college at all.

DON’T SWEAT IT!! It really isn’t that big a deal. Sure, there’s more classes, and more responsibilities, but don’t worry, it’s not that difficult. You will survive!
