It really depends on what you want to do with it. My advice would be to do subjects you enjoy rather than you think would be good for a career. Law goes well with history, as in law you will be learning about how/why/when laws were made and changed etc, and doing history along side that will give you an opertunity to further explore those areas.

Psycology would be a great asset if you were to become a lawyer as being able to ‘read people’ would be invaluable. Both history and psycology would be very interesting subgects also.

Alternitavly, Business Studies or Economics or Poloticswould go well with Law as there will be plenty of cross over.

Do you not have to pick 4 courses these days and then drop one of them after the first year? If this is the case then I would strongly advice doing one subject that is fun, like film studies, classics or philosiphy. Thease subjects are great for debating and generallly chatting in class. This will help build communication skills that would be vital for being a lawyer aswell as being interesting/entertaining.

Any way, good luck! Have fun!

ok properly i’ve got merely performed a level in criminology and now i’m doing a regulation degree. I recommend you’re taking a point regulation, so some distance it has shown to be extremely powerful with the basics, additionally history on the grounds which you’re able to desire to be taught some historic factors of regulation, and this will additionally prepare you for all the interpreting you’re able to desire to do. I additionally took sociology yet i ddon’tthink that fairly concerns. i could actual recommend going for artwork adventure in a solicitors company, or different places like the courts and so on, so which you will positioned it on your application and tutor a prepared interest. EDIT: i could desire to characteristic too, you maximum easily wont want that many A stages, i’ve got merely have been given 3, properly and a level, however the degree aside, i could desire to have initially performed regulation interior the 1st place. i could say communicate 3 solid as quickly as, and get some good marks, extremely of suffering. it is heavily no longer properly worth it. additionally on the grounds which you’re already intense approximately doing regulation, i could say seem around now on the various universities, and make confident the path gives you a qualifying regulation degree, some do no longer. EDIT: particular Liam, yet you gave the effect which you or your consultant strongly recommended it, which might recommend which you do want that quantity, reckoning on the form you interpret it.

POLITICS! You should use your law degree as a springboard to a career in politics. You could lie/cheat your way to positions of power (paid for by others) and then get rich. Why do you think people spend >$100 million to get elected to a 4-year job (potus).
