I want to send a text to………..?
I went to send a text message to a phone in Italy. It has the code thingy 0039 before the number. It is the right number. When I send it, it goes message failed try again later. Why does it do this? What do I do? I have cingular and so does everyone else in my family and when they text to a phone in Italy it always goes through.
