I want to get in a high school but they only accept kids with the same zip code as theirs and I dont,can I lie
they have a zip code of 90007 and I live in an area zip code of 90019….cant I just tell them that my zip code is 90007?
Is this possible? or is there some reason I cant do it

If you have a friend that lives in that zip code, you might be able to use their address. But your parents will probably need a bill in their name at that address.

I done this in high school myself what you do is find someone you know in that code.. a friend or relative. give them that address and tell them you are temporarily staying with them.
you can even ride the bus to their house once or twice. and then you are set. any mail or correspondence they send you will get and the best part is you didn’t really lie. you did stay there a little while.

You can try talking to the Board of Education and if you have a compelling reason to go to another high school maybe they will grant your request. It won’t hurt to ask.

Don’t lie, get a po box in that area. your address will fit their requirements.

No, you can’t do it. They will wnat your real address for mailings to your parents, etc. and they will find out you don’t live where you say you do.

you can petition the school board at least in my state ,call and ask it should be possible
