I have received an invitaton to a "white coat ceremony" for my niece who is medical school. Do I send I gift?
This ceremony marks the beginning of her internship as an opthamologist. The ceremony is out of state and we will not be able to attend. If it is proper to send a gift, what is appropriate?

My advice for what it is worth. She should change her profile settings to private, no email and no im. I have done this and I am a middle aged married woman. It may benefit her to have a change in name. Everyone has the right to report answers that are abusive and adult in nature or asking about anything in sexually explicit terms. To the best of my knowledge NO Top Contributor can cause another to be banned from the site that is up to The YA Customer Service People. It takes two people to cause an answer to be removed or a question to be removed. Two separate people no matter who they are must click the report button and complete the online complaint form then and only then will a query or answer be looked at by The YA Team. A gift of money would be very much appreciated. Gift cards are not a good idea, as the location of the store in her area may be too distant (and time is going to be a very valuable commodity for your niece).
