I have a child who is 12?
when she grows up she wants to be a nurse when. The one that takes car a baby when they are frist born. Can she do stuff like that at her age just to see how it is and be able to get money for college.

No, she is too young to do work like that. But maybe she could get a paper route if you live in an area where papers are delivered door to door. As she gets older, she may want to find jobs baby sitting and so on. But right now she needs to be a kid for a while longer.
Possibly she will have to do a project at school about what she wants to be when she grows up and that would be a good opportunity for her to learn more about being a nurse. Best of luck to her with her plans.

Taking care of a baby when it’s first born? Ouch. There’s nothing you can really do to “train” her. The only thing I can think of is to babysit. At least she’d know how to change a diaper.
Nothing really else she can do without having to go to a special program (which might scar her at this age.)
