I dropped out of school….?

When I was in 9th grade because I was really sick with allergies and I couldn’t deal with things. My mom wanted to put me into homeschooling, but never really got the chance. Now I want to go back into school but I’ve missed Freshman, Sophomore and Junior year and that’s a lot of stuff to make up and I’m almost 18 (October 18th) and I know some schools don’t take people after 18….how would I carry on my education? I know that it’s my fault. I’m still VERY sick with allergies but I’m getting the most improved shots and pills I can to help them. I know all about GED’s and I’m just wondering if there’s anything else I can do besides that. Please, help? Thank you.

And if you’re going to criticize what I’ve done with my life, I will delete your answer and report you.

well atleast you had a reason to drop out…maybe you could do homeschooling now??? i dont know how that works. but seriously a GED is just as good as a highschool diploma, well you will have to go take a bunch of classes that probably teach you exactly what is on the GED test. but you say you know all about that…… but go to college and start gettin some classes out of the way. as for going back to highschool, i dont see why they wouldnt take you. go ask the highschool around you. but good luck with everything!

Ha, an incredibly arrogant tone in your post and question. “If you criticize me I will delete and report you?” Dont preface your questions with threats, sounds like you made petty excuses to avoid school. I know of a kid who lost his whole family and still came back to school, another cancer, so cut the crap. Sorry, but the only way youre going to get a high school diploma now is through a GED, which is faster. Unless you want to share a classroom with 14 year olds?
