I am taking AP European History and its pretty hard since im taking 3 other classes that im finding difficult?
I dont know if i should drop it, since i heard that its good for your application when u want to enter a university. My mom is saying to drop it if its getting hard but what im thinking is if i drop it I wont get in a university that I choose. Is it better if I take out AP Euro. history and put something easier and i can get better grades at?

those are just generalizations
it is hard to tell your exact situation, because we don’t know which university you are trying for or what your other grades are like. I would hazard a guess that one class will not make or break your entire HS record.
On the other hand, if this is a general tendency as a student (avoid hard classes because they are a lot of work) then it would be hard to advise someone to apply to the most difficult programs. Do you see what I am saying?
I think if I were you i would try to judge my Mom’s advice. Is she usually right? Does she know you well?

Both choices have there pros and cons. If you stay in the AP class it will look good on your college application even though your grades may suffer a little. But if you drop the class it may help to raise your grades even though it may not look as good as the AP class, it will still look good on your application. Try sticking to the AP class for a little longer and if you start doing worse switch out.

AP categories don’t seem to be difficult until you do not learn. Your grade relies plenty extra on you in AP than in steady or Honors categories. In my Honors categories, I would simply pay concentration in school and get no less than a B (however I continually studied, so I continually received As). But if I simply payed concentration in my AP US History elegance, I’d most likely fail each and every experiment. The truly studying comes from studying my textual content booklet. As lengthy as you keep up together with your studying,t he path will likely be convenient.
