i am graduated from 12th grade and i’ve done DBA and HRM what should i do?
the above are my qualifications i would like you people to lead me how to start my career even i am jobless and i am from Afghanistan presently living in Pakistan.

If at all possible go on and go to college. That is first and foremost.
If you want to go to college here it the states apply for a student visa card at the American Embassy. Most of the time they will be every helpful helping you apply.
It is also a good idea to have a list of the colleges you want to go to when they ask.
While you are at it question them about scholarships and grants if you are going to need financial assistance.
